Anonymizing a deck

Use this when a good deck needs to leave the building without naming the client — case studies, training examples, conference talks, take-home interviews.

Steps

  1. Turn on the Anonymize the deck skill.
  2. Ask, for example: “Anonymize this deck for an external case study.”
  3. PowerSlide will propose a list of replacements first (for example “Client A”, “Acquirer Co”, role titles instead of people’s names). Approve or edit that list before anything changes.
  4. It then updates the text and flags logos, screenshots, and charts that still need a visual clean-up.

Watch for details that identify someone even without names: a very specific deal size, headcount, or unusual location.

Logos usually need a quick manual swap. This helps you redact a deck — it isn’t a legal or compliance approval.
