Resolving comments

After a review, decks are often full of comment bubbles, sticky notes, and text boxes that say things like “REVIEW” or “TODO”. PowerSlide can find those, suggest a fix for each one, and apply the changes you approve.

There are two skills:

Try: “Resolve all comments in this deck” or “Address comments on this slide.”
If you want to stay in control: “List every comment with a suggested fix. Don’t edit yet.”

PowerSlide looks at the text on the slides and also looks at a picture of each slide, so it can see comment badges even when the note text is hard to read. If it can see a comment bubble but can’t read the words, it will ask you to paste the comment rather than guess.

PowerPoint’s built-in comment threads often can’t be deleted from the add-in. After the content is fixed, clear those yourself in PowerPoint’s Comments pane. Clear factual fixes get applied; judgment calls are flagged for you.
