Web search

Sometimes you need a public fact that isn’t in your attached files — a market size, a competitor update, a recent regulation. You can ask PowerSlide in the chat. It can look it up on the web, show you the sources, and help put the answer on a slide.

There’s no separate “search button.” Just ask. PowerSlide searches when the question needs current or public information.

Use web search for things that are already public.

Be specific about what you want and where it should go:

What’s a recent public estimate for the European cybersecurity services market? Add a short callout on this slide with sources. If sources disagree, show a range — don’t invent a precise number.

Always skim the links it cites. If a source looks weak, say so and ask it to try again. You can follow up with: “Keep only the Forrester figure and add the URL as a footnote.”

To stop it searching: “Answer only from the attached PDF — do not search the web.”
