Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PowerSlide is a PowerPoint add-in and companion web application operated by TODO: your name or registered company name (PowerSlide, Enskild firma, Sweden) ("we", "us"). Full provider details are in our legal notice. These Terms govern your use of the PowerSlide service (the "Service").

2. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or clone the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent our credit system, rate limits, or paywalls.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.

4. Credits and billing

The Service is priced in credits. Credits are consumed each time our agent runs a turn. Trial credits and paid top-ups do not expire; monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly offered by us.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the price then in effect. You can cancel renewal at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change our plans, pricing, features, and credit rules from time to time. Any change applies going forward and does not reduce credits already in your balance.

5. Your content

Your slide decks and prompts remain yours. You grant PowerSlide a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service (e.g., relaying content to our model provider for the duration of a request). We do not use your content to train models.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with reasonable notice where practical. On termination, credit balances are forfeit.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerSlide disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you use the Service as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in that country.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and where changes are material we'll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance; if you don't agree, you can stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
